Shipping policy

Uncommon Reign ships worldwide! 

• Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. 
  
• All international orders are processed on Tuesdays.
• You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees. 
  
• Customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees at the time of delivery.

Domestic (within the US)
All orders are processed within 1-7 days! 
Orders can take 2-7 business days from shipment date to be delivered.
Uncommon Reign offers the following shipping processes:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 days transit  
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 days transit 

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

IN STORE PICK-UP

You're local and don't want to pay shipping? No problem!

Free in Store Pick up for customers. Use the Local Pickup option at check out (instead of shipping).

We process & fulfill orders Monday-Friday until 11am Central Time. Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 8am (Tues-Fri) will be processed the following business day (excluding holidays). Our warehouse is closed on the weekends. Our store location is closed Sundays, Mondays, & Tuesdays.
